Our engineering staff have considerable ‘hands on’ experience of the equipment we supply, ensuring you get the exact parts you require. Great emphasis is placed on ‘one to one’ contact with our suppliers, only by taking telephone contact on every case can we offer the priority service you require.
We never operate as a post box service by just passing on your enquiries. Orders are constantly progressed to ensure suppliers keep to their promised delivery times.
All parts and equipment are given a pre-delivery inspection prior to despatch. Incoming goods are repacked to minimise shipping volume whilst ensuring safe receipt. The ships name and order numbers are clearly marked. Both our customers and their agents are notified of flight/shipping details. Competitive freight charges are sought for all movements.
