Since 1988 ITS (UK) Ltd has been a trusted supplier of Genuine Marine Spares & Technical Equipment to the World’s Leading Shipping Companies. We are Marine Distributors for Atlas Copco, Graco, Graviner, Carrier, Trelawney, Belimo, Scott Safety and Wynn, with pricing agreements in place for hundreds of other leading brands.
Who We Are
Our senior buyers are Technical with an Engineering background, enabling us to work closely with both clients and manufacturers to engineer and supply solutions to specific problems. We specialise in the supply of Marine Compressors, Compressed Air Driers, Gas Detection Instruments, Window Wipers, Diaphragm Pumps and Oil Mist Detectors.
We have also earned an excellent reputation for sourcing the more difficult to find OEM replacement parts and equipment. Our company is owned by its employees and the majority of our shareholders have in excess of 25 year’s marine experience. We believe it is this commitment and integrity that sets us aside from our competitors as we are highly motivated to deliver an exceptionally efficient service and strive to provide the most courteous, timely and cost saving way of supplying the technical needs of your ships. Our proactive approach to sourcing and delivering our clients exact requirements ensures we are able to effectively fulfil our obligations.
What We Do
Enquiries are evaluated and assigned to the individual with the most appropriate skill set. With one point of contact from this stage onwards, you can be assured that our attention to detail is maintained. Orders are constantly progressed to ensure suppliers keep to their promised delivery times and ensure that our client’s needs are met. We inspect all parts and equipment in our warehouse prior to despatch to ensure correct supply.
We then repack to minimise shipping volume and ensure any packing or pallets are compliant for supply onboard a vessel. We can also consolidate goods to eliminate part shipments. The ships name and order numbers are clearly marked and all deliveries are wrapped with our distinctive and eye catching ‘URGENT - Ships Spares In Transit’ tape to help you with identification. In addition, our Customers and their Agents are notified of flight/shipping details. If urgent, we will liaise directly with the Vessels Agent to ensure timely delivery.

30 Year History
1988
ITS (UK) Limited founded by Tony Parsons, Jahn Stryken and Geir Andersson, bringing a wealth of Engineering, Marine & Offshore experience to the business.
1990
ITS (UK) Limited & ITS Norway A/S agree cross shareholdings jointly owned by Tony Parsons, Jahn Stryken & Geir Andresson.
1992
ITS (France) AS & ITS (Germany) Gmbh established
1992
ITS GROUP created, encompassing ITS (UK) Limited, ITS Norway A/S, ITS (France) A/S & ITS (Germany) Gmbh
1993
ITS (Portugal) Lda established further building the ITS GROUP brand
1994
ITS (Baltic) LLC z.o.o established, further strengthening the ITS GROUP
1995
ITS (Croatia) LLC established to complete the Europe coverage of the ITS GROUP
1999
Clement Simpson appointed to board of Directors
2001
The ITS GROUP merged with TECO STROMME ASA except for ITS (UK) Limited which remained independent as a result of the retained controlling interest held by Tony Parsons
2002
ITS (UK) Limited become an Authorised marine distributer for ATLAS COPCO
2005
ITS (UK) Limited returned to full ownership of Tony Parsons following the buyback of a minority holding held by TECO Stromme ASA
2011
Simon Herrington appointed to the board of ITS (UK) Limited
2012
ITS (UK) Limited doubles the size of office and warehouse facilities to meet the growing demand from customers
2013
Clement Simpson appointed Managing Director of ITS (UK) Limited after 25 years of service with the company
2015
ITS (UK) Limited become an Authorised Marine Distributer for Graviner
2017
ITS (UK) Limited become an Authorised Marine Distributer for GRACO
